Bring Pass Down The Gown to your school

to ensure students know they have a free and sustainable formal wear option for prom, homecoming or any other school event.

Pass Down The Gown is a primarily student-run nonprofit (read our story)! We partner with prom committees, student governments, and national honor societies to grow our volunteer base and make long-term partnerships with schools. If you're interested, feel free to reach out to us to ask for more information or to discuss more ways to bring PDTG to your school.

We can provide flyers, promotional materials, discount codes, or bring a pop-up of our most popular dresses to your school so students can rent dresses during the school day.

Students can also volunteer for PDTG and earn community service hours.

What working with us looks like

Three young women standing behind a clothing rack filled with prom dresses, smiling at the camera, in a school hallway.

Browse

We bring 15-50 dresses for students to browse. We also have QR codes to take students to our website with 500+ dresses.

Try on

Students can try on dresses. We try to bring dress sizes 00-16.

Rent

Students put down a small deposit, rent the dress for a month, and the deposit is returned once the dress is returned.
