Pass Down The Gown is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free prom dress rentals to students. We’re excited to partner with Saint Paul Public Library to provide dresses for your upcoming prom!

To reserve a specific dress, please browse our website and use this form to submit your order request. Our collection includes 500+ dresses in sizes 00–22 in a variety of styles. There is no cost to students. Dresses will be available to pick up at the library’s 4/28, and no deposit is required when ordering through your local library.
